Paolo Campisi drives delivery, operations, and internal frameworks at Foes, helping clients and the firm run leaner, sharper, and smarter from day one.

About me

Paolo Campisi is an operations leader who spent over a decade inside global professional services networks (WPP, Publicis Groupe, Deloitte) before co-founding Foes. He's led strategy, operations, and digital modernization work for brands like Nike, Tim Hortons, Hotels.com, and KitchenAid.

At Foes, Paolo drives delivery, financials, and internal frameworks. His focus: designing systems, processes, and data infrastructure that make performance measurable and repeatable. He's the partner who makes sure the work actually ships, the numbers hold up, and the operating model scales as client relationships grow.

His background shaped a specific point of view. Most mid-market companies don't need more consultants telling them what's wrong. They need operators who will build the systems to fix it and stay long enough to prove it worked. That conviction (execution over theory, measured results over vague promises) runs through everything Foes does.

Paolo also leads "Dispatches", Foes' provocative thought leadership series that challenges conventional thinking on mid-market growth, operational transformation, and why "business as usual" fails.

He is based in Toronto.
