About me

Greg MacGirr is a revenue operations leader who has spent his career building the systems that help companies acquire, retain, and grow customers at scale. Before co-founding Foes, he spent nearly 10 years at Bell in progressively senior roles across loyalty, retention, and base revenue management, followed by nearly 5 years at HealthHub Patient Engagement Solutions, where he rose to Chief Operating Officer.

At Foes, Greg leads go-to-market strategy and client growth. He owns the revenue lens across the portfolio: how clients attract new customers, retain existing ones, and build the operational infrastructure to do both efficiently. His work spans CRM architecture, lifecycle strategy, campaign operations, and revenue performance management.

The combination of telecom-scale revenue operations and healthcare COO experience is what makes Greg's perspective distinctive. At Bell, he managed loyalty and retention programs across millions of customer relationships, designing data-driven lifecycle strategies for Bell Mobility and Virgin Mobile. At HealthHub, he ran operations for a healthcare technology company, building patient experience infrastructure from the inside. That healthcare operations background connects directly to Foes' work with multi-location healthcare clients, where he understands both the clinical and commercial realities.

Greg studied at Western University and the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is based in Burlington, Ontario.
