Before Foes, Jared built his career across marketing, operations, and growth strategy for organizations ranging from early-stage ventures to enterprise brands. That cross-functional experience is core to how he operates: he doesn't think in silos, and he doesn't build systems that create them.
His approach is data-driven, direct, and obsessively focused on outcomes. If something isn't working, he'll say so. If there's a faster path to results, he'll find it. That combination of strategic clarity and execution urgency is what Foes clients consistently point to as the difference.

Paolo drives delivery, financials, and the internal frameworks that make Foes (and its clients) run. His focus: helping businesses operate leaner, sharper, and smarter from day one.
Paolo spent 10+ years inside global professional service networks including WPP, Publicis Groupe, and Deloitte, working with brands like Nike, Tim Hortons, Hotels.com, and KitchenAid. That experience gave him a front-row seat to what works (and what doesn't) when it comes to designing systems, processes, and data infrastructure that make performance measurable and repeatable.
At Foes, Paolo is the operational backbone. He builds the infrastructure that turns strategy into execution: the processes, the reporting, the accountability systems. When clients describe Foes as a partner who "actually does the work," that's Paolo's influence.

Greg leads go-to-market strategy and client growth at Foes. He's focused on aligning sales, marketing, and revenue operations into systems that convert and scale.
Greg brings deep experience in modernization, technology implementation, and revenue architecture. He works at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution, helping clients build the GTM infrastructure that turns pipeline into predictable revenue.
His role at Foes reflects the evolution of the business: as clients' needs have grown more complex (multi-location operations, CRM-driven sales processes, cross-functional RevOps), Greg's expertise in connecting the revenue system end-to-end has become essential.
